Соціально-психологічна реабілітація дітей з психофізичними порушеннями засобами арт-терапії

У статті розглянуто шляхи дослідження та запропоновано комплекс засобів арт-терапії, які сприятимуть покращенню
соціально-психологічній адаптації дітей з психофізичними порушеннями (на прикладі дитячого церебрального паралічу) та
інтелектуальною недостатністю з метою більш глибокого та багатогранного дослідження їх емоційно-вольової сфери та
інтеграції у соціум.
Під впливом психокорекційної роботи за допомогою творчих засобів у основній групі дітей зменшився загальний
рівень тривожності у школі, вони стали соціально сміливішими, дещо знизився страх проявляти себе і не відповідати
очікуванням інших та зменшився рівень прояву фізичної агресії.

В статье рассмотрены пути исследования и предложен комплекс средств арт-терапии, которые будут
содействовать улучшению социально-психологической адаптации детей с психофизической патологией (на примере
детского церебрального паралича) и интеллектуальной недостаточностью с целью более глубокого и многогранного
исследования их эмоционально-волевой сферы и интеграции в социум.
Под влиянием психокоррекционной работы с помощью творческих средств в основной группе детей уменьшился
общий уровень тревожности в школе, они стали социально смелее, несколько снизился страх проявлять себя и не
соответствовать ожиданиям других и уменьшился уровень проявления физической агрессии.

Subject of research - psychological influence of art components efficiency on the personal characteristics of children with
mental and physical disabilities.
The following methods were used in the empirical research: theoretical (conceptual and terminological analysis of
psychological, pedagogical and medical literature); empirical (observation, conversation).
To identify the risk of neurosis and neurotic disorders, we used the methodology "Children questionnaire neurosis"
developed by V.V. Sednev, Z.T. Zbarskyi, A.K. Burts (1997), which statements are systematized in six main aspects of neurotic
manifestation disorders among children: depression, fatigue, violating behavior, vegetative disorders and anxiety, sleep disorders.
"Picture of family", adaptation by H. T. Homentauskasa (1995); "Picture of nonexistent animal", the author Dukarevych M.
Z .; complex diagnostic graphic test by E. S. Romanova, A. F .Potemkin; test "Fears in the houses" by O. I. Zaharova, M.A.Panfilova;
"Diagnosis of school anxiety" by Phillips; index "physical aggression" ("Diagnostic of indicators and forms of aggression" Buss –
Durkee inventory); index "courage" ("Children variant of personality test" Kettle inventory) for identifying individual and typological
characteristics of the child and the nature of his vision of the surrounding world, himself, other people and their activities;
experimental: stating,forming, controlling stages of psychological experiment, methods of mathematical statistics (criteria t - Student,
criteria -Fishera F).
Sample: primary school age children with mental and physical disabilities and intellectual disabilities, who have problems in
the emotional sphere (total number - 40 students , who were conducted with psycho – correction work ) and children with normal
development (total number – 40 students, who didn’t attend the course of psycho - correction).
Results. As a result of psycho-correction work aimed to improve knowledge, abilities and skills, positive behavior among
children, such aspects as reducing excessive stress, anxiety and eliminate barriers to meaningful interactions with others were seen.
After the implementation of correction program manifestation of emotional reactions significantly was down. High level of
anxiety and sleep disorders among children in experimental group wasn’t found, index of average level much diminished. Also, the
percentage of fear manifestation decreased: girls – less for 58% boys – less for 33%. Consequently, the study confirms dependence
neurotic reactions on the level of psycho-physiological and intellectual defect. After correction work with the help of means of art
manifestation of negative emotional expressions significantly decreased.
