Abstract
Стаття присвячена професійному розвитку і самовдосконаленню педагога. Розглянуто основні причини необхідності підвищення кваліфікації викладача та вплив цього на освітній процес, а також взаємодію між учнем і вчителем.
The article is devoted to the professional development and self-improvement of a teacher. The main reasons for the need for the teacher's professional development and its impact on the educational process, as well as the interaction between the student and the teacher, are considered.
