Аспекти інтеграції професійних компетентностей при підготовці фахівців з фітнесу та рекреації у закладах вищої освіти

Суттєву роль у реформуванні освіти відіграють інтегративні процеси, які охоплюють всі галузі діяльності суспільства. У статті подається теоретико-методичне обґрунтування застосування інтегративного підходу при підготовці фахівців фітнесу та рекреації у закладах вищої освіти (ЗВО). Метою діяльності науковців та освітян у заданому напрямку є сприяння в удосконалені системи формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців з фітнесу та рекреації. Для вирішення поставлених завдань були використані методи теоретичного (аналіз і синтез, ідеалізація, абстрагування, аналогія, екстраполяція, узагальнення, системний підхід, систематизація) та емпіричного дослідження (аналіз даних літературних джерел). Методи теоретичного та емпіричного дослідження використовувалися для осмислення суті поняття інтеграція, інтегративні процеси; вивчення та узагальнення їх характеристик; постановки проблеми, визначення завдань дослідження та їх вирішення. Використання методів теоретичного дослідження забезпечувало також аналіз і узагальнення результатів, отриманих при вирішенні поставлених завдань.

Integrative processes, which cover all areas of society, play a significant role in reforming education. The article presents a theoretical and methodological justification for the application of an integrative approach in the training of fitness and recreation specialists in higher education institutions (HEIs). The purpose of the activity of scientists and educators in a given direction is to assist in the improved systems of formation of professional competencies of future specialists in fitness and recreation. Methods of theoretical (analysis and synthesis, idealization, abstraction, analogy, extrapolation, generalization, system approach, systematization) and empirical research (analysis of data from literature sources) were used to solve the tasks. Methods of theoretical and empirical research were used to understand the essence of the concept of integration, integrative processes; study and generalization of their characteristics; problem statement, definition of research tasks and their solution. The use of theoretical research methods also provided analysis and generalization of the results obtained in solving the tasks. The development of theoretical and methodological foundations of innovations is extremely important because it allows to determine their direction and content, to understand the scale and depth of changes in the educational process, to establish criteria for their effectiveness. Modern pedagogy justifies the construction of didactic systems based on the ideas of integration of knowledge and skills. Integrative learning is based on the design of the didactic process, guaranteeing the planned end result and completion of the learning process, the content of various subject sets of knowledge using integrative forms and methods. A thorough analysis of the essence and content of the concept of integration is a necessary prerequisite for the development and implementation of its didactic counterparts. In the educational process, as in science, integration ensures the compatibility of subjects and methods of their study. The analysis of the concept of integration, generalization and systematization of the main characteristics of integrative processes in education revealed didactic aspects of integration into the educational process to improve the system of formation of professional competencies of fitness and recreation specialists in free economic education. Prospects for further research may be related to the practical solution of the problems outlined in the article to improve the training of future fitness and recreation professionals in the free economic zone.
