Теоретичні аспекти фізичного виховання курсантсько-студентської молоді засобами футболу

У статті висвітлено теоретичні аспекти фізичного виховання курсантсько-студентської молоді засобами футболу. Із цією метою проаналізовано зміст, форми і методи фізичного виховання курсантів та студентів у процесі спортивних ігор. Розкрито значення занять футболом та їх ефективність у вищих навчальних закладах. Встановлено, що проблема підвищення ефективності фізичного виховання й зміцнення здоров’я курсантсько-студентської молоді засобами футболу є однією з найбільш актуальних. Також з’ясовано, що дослідження є необхідним, оскільки у курсантів та студентів знижується інтерес до спортивних ігор, тренувань у спортивних секціях, фізкультурних гуртках та за місцем проживання.

В статье освещены теоретические аспекты физического воспитания курсантско-студенческой молодежи средствами футбола. С этой целью проанализировано содержание, формы и методы физического воспитания курсантов и студентов в процессе спортивных игр. Раскрыто значение занятий футболом и их эффективность в высших учебных заведениях. Установлено, что проблема повышения эффективности физического воспитания и укрепления здоровья курсантско-студенческой молодежи средствами футбола является одной из наиболее актуальных. Также установлено, что исследование является необходимым, поскольку у курсантов и студентов снижается интерес к спортивным играм, тренировкам в спортивных секциях, физкультурных кружках и по месту проживания.

The article highlights the theoretical aspects of physical education of cadet-student youth by means of football. For this purpose, the content, forms and methods of physical education of students in the process of sports games are analyzed. The importance of soccer lessons and their effectiveness in higher educational institutions is revealed. It is established that the problem of increasing the effectiveness of physical education and the strengthening of the health of cadet-student youth by means of football is one of the most urgent. It has also been established that the study is necessary, as students lose interest in sports games, training in sports sections, sports clubs and in the community. The analysis of pedagogical and sports literature shows that in recent years the attention of Ukrainian and foreign scholars has increased on the study of the issues of physical education of student youth in the process of playing football. However, the problem of physical education of students, improving the health of the younger generation remains unresolved. This is evidenced by a comparative analysis of the survey of students of higher educational institutions. Therefore, increasing the efficiency of physical education of student youth, improving motor activity, preserving and strengthening health, forming a healthy lifestyle is now recognized as the most urgent problem, and so on. The study of the theory and practice of physical education of student youth testifies that the application in the university of sports game football contributes to a healthy lifestyle, increased physical fitness and the formation of students of physical education.
