Abstract
The article deals with the need to take into account the laws of sports biomechanics in judo. Sports biomechanics in judo is an integral part of the training process, allowing wrestlers and their coaches to develop and improve their movements, understand movements at a deeper level, which contributes to increased performance and safety in this sport. The purpose of the study is to consider the biomechanical regularities of the execution of techniques of unbalancing in judo wrestling. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature; study and generalisation of leading pedagogical experience; pedagogical observations. Results. It is shown that all human motor activity in general, in any sport, in particular in judo wrestling, consists of motor actions, motor actions consist of movements of individual body parts. Sports biomechanics considers the motor abilities of a person, his/her motor capabilities, and his/her motor manifestations. The article considers the removal of an athlete from balance by swinging back and forth, removal from balance by swinging to the sides, removal from balance by twisting forward and backward and backward. It has been established that sports biomechanics and judo wrestling are closely related, providing coaches and athletes with tools for a deeper understanding of movements and their impact on the body. Conclusions. A proper understanding of biomechanics helps athletes and coaches optimise technique and technical skills, reducing stress on joints and muscles. Using the knowledge of sports biomechanics can make wrestling safer and more efficient, and help wrestlers achieve outstanding results in this exciting sport.
