Практична підготовка майбутніх соціальних педагогів до соціальної роботи

У статті висвітлено основні аспекти практичної підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Розглянуто види практик, їх мету, функції, основні принципи організації. Викладено орієнтовний зміст практики, що сприятиме якісній підготовці майбутніх соціальних педагогів до соціальної роботи. Показано, що така практика дозволяє виявити рівень засвоєних знань та краще зрозуміти соціальні проблеми сучасного суспільства.

The purpose of this article was highlighting the main aspects of the practical training of future social teachers for social work. This is important because the transition from training specialists in the specialty "Social pedagogy" for training in the specialty "Social work" is happening now. The article highlights the main aspects of practical training of future social pedagogues. It is also present different kinds of practice, its purpose, function, and the basic principles of the organization. The article also discusses the practical training of social workers, which is one of the main forms of educational process in social work. Social work is understood as a purposeful activity in the community to assist state and private assistance and support to the various categories of the population who find themselves in difficult life situation and are not able to solve their problems in life without somebody’s help. Practical training is based on a specific theoretical basis, providing a practical knowledge of the laws and principles of the profession and its organization. An integral part of the training of social workers is the formation of their professional skills and abilities. It is shown that the practice allows to check the assimilation of theoretical knowledge, and helps to realize social problems of modern society. So, social pedagogues have the opportunity to orient in future professional field, to join their professional role, to ensure their professional choice and to develop their own style of activity.

В статье представлены основные аспекты практической подготовки будущих социальных педагогов. Рассмотрены виды практик, их цель, функции, основные принципы организации. Изложено содержание практики, которое будет способствовать качественной подготовке будущих социальных педагогов к выполнению социальной роботы. Показано, что такая практика позволяет проверить усвоение теоретических знаний и помогает глубже осознать социальные проблемы современного общества.
