Моделювання виховної системи закладу загальної середньої освіти

Висвітлено сутність поняття «модель», «моделювання», «наукове моделювання», проаналізовано погляди науковців щодо створення моделі виховної системи. Метою статті є розкриття особливостей моделювання та обґрунтування моделі виховної системи закладу загальної середньої освіти.
Поняття «модель» трактується як уявно представлена або матеріально реалізована система, що відображає та відтворює об’єкт (явище, процес) таким чином, що її вивчення дає повну інформацію про даний об’єкт; схарактеризовано вимоги, що забезпечують ефективність створеної моделі (адекватність, точність, універсальність, доцільність). Виховну систему закладу загальної середньої освіти інтерпретуємо як комплекс взаємопов’язаних та взаємозумовлених основних компонентів (виховна мета, концепція, завдання, суб’єкти (учні, педагоги, батьки), життєвий простір (системоутворююча діяльність, спілкування, відносини, управління, самоуправління, взаємодія), що становить цілісну соціально-педагогічну структуру і забезпечує у процесі свого функціонування та розвитку становлення, реалізацію і самореалізацію особистості, її життєздійснення у фізичній, психічній, соціальній і духовній сферах. Запропоновано авторську модель виховної системи закладу загальної середньої освіти, що в узагальненому вигляді може відображати різноманітні типи виховних систем. Матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані у процесі моделювання та проектування виховної системи закладу загальної середньої освіти. До перспективних напрямів досліджень даної проблеми належить, зокрема, вивчення вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду, сучасних теоретико-методологічних підходів до проектування та моделювання виховної системи школи.

The educational system of the institution of general secondary education is interpreted as a complex of interrelated and interdependent basic components (educational goal, concept, tasks, subjects (pupils, teachers, parents), living space (system-forming activity, communication, relations, management, self-management), which is a complete socio-pedagogical structure and provides in the process of its functioning and development of formation, realization and self-realization of the individual, his life
realization in the physical, mental, social and spirit Aries spheres.
An author’s model of the educational system of a general secondary education institution is offered, which in a generalized form can reflect different types of educational systems. The research materials can be used in the process of modeling
and designing the educational system of a general secondary education institution. Prospective directions of research of this problem include, in particular, the study of domestic and foreign experience, modern theoretical and methodological approaches to the design and modeling of the educational system of the school.
