Технологія використання творчих завдань у навчанні біології учнів основної школи

Дисертаційна робота є теоретико-експериментальним дослідженням проблеми технологізації навчання біології учнів основної школи. Теоретично обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження педагогічних технологій для реалізації сучасних вимог до творчого розвитку учнів, формування у них життєво важливих компетентностей. Доведена необхідність надання вчителям біології України методичної, інформаційної та організаційної допомоги у виконанні завдань реформування шкільної біологічної освіти. Створена, апробована і впроваджена у практику шкіл країни інноваційна педагогічна технологія використання творчих завдань. Результати застосування технології використання творчих завдань: а) збільшується відсоток учнів, які опановують завдання високого і достатнього рівнів; б) збільшується рівень самостійності учнів у навчанні; в) зменшується рівень шкільної тривожності на уроках біології і збільшується рівень мотивації до навчання.

This dissertation presents theoretical and experimental research into the problem of technologizing the instructional process used to teach biology at the elementary school
level. It provides theoretical underpinnings that illustrate the need to incorporate technology into the process of developing students’ creative skills and personal qualities. It proves that Ukrainian teachers should be offered aid in methodology, information, and organization as they work to reform elementary instruction in biology. It is with this goal that we have created, tested, and implemented an innovative pedagogical technology for utilizing creative tasks into the educational practices used in this country for teaching biology at the elementary school level. The dissertation traces the interconnection between a systems approach and a systematic process for utilizing creative tasks, specifically, biological tasks, in all aspects of academic work done in biology at the elementary level and the development of students’ creative skills and personal qualities. It concludes that the following are guaranteed as the result of applying utilizing creative tasks technology: a) an increase in the number of students able to handle tasks at high and sufficient levels; b) a rise in students’ academic independence; c) a decrease in the anxiety experienced by students in biology classes. In this way, utilizing creative tasks technology ensures increased efficiency in biology instruction, based on developing student creativity and creating a positive learning climate.
