Функціонально-інструментальні засоби досягнення мети суспільного оптимуму: соціально-філософський аналіз

Дисертація присвячена дослідженню та переосмисленню соціально-філософських аспектів співвідношення держави та громадянського суспільства, зокрема в історично-поступальному розвитку. В роботі доведено, що не форма, а зміст, сутність та спрямованість державного управління визначають гармонію, єдність або розбрат держави та громадянського суспільств. Кожна історична епоха концептуалізує власний ідеал суспільного оптимуму. Сучасне уявлення про суспільний оптимум невід’ємне від функціональної багатоманітності громадянського суспільства. Більше того: громадянське суспільство вважається основною сутнісною ознакою і атрибутивною умовою соціуму, котрий розвивається за принципами ефективності й гармонії.

The thesis is devoted to research and rethinking of social and philosophical aspects of the relationship of the state and civil society, particularly in the historically-advancing development. Thesis proves, that it is not the form, but content, nature and orientation of the government, that determine the harmony, unity or discord of the state and civil society. Each historical era conceptualizes its own ideal of social optimum. The modern idea of the social optimum is inherent in functional diversity of civil society. Moreover: civil society is essentially the main feature and attributive condition of society, which developed on the principles of efficiency and harmony. An attempt to reconstruct the structure of civil society, to show that it is – subjects-objects, social relations, interests and needs, culture and world outlook, is made in non-traditional key. In order to radically explore these components, one should create ontological picture of social life for each of them.
