Особистісні детермінанти професійного вигорання спортивних тренерів

На основі аналізу науково - методичної літератури та узагальнення практичного досвіду було досліджено сучасний стан особливостей професійної діяльності тренера в спорті з урахуванням проблеми особистісних детермінант вигорання. Виявлено особистісні передумови професійної діяльності тренерів, що визначають виникнення емоційної напруженості. Визначено особистісні детермінанти професійного вигорання тренерів.

На основе анализа научно – методической литературы и обобщения практического опыта изучены современное состояние особенностей профессиональной деятельности тренера в спорте с учётом проблемы личностных детерминант выгорания. Выявлены личностные предпосылки профессиональной деятельности тренеров, определяющих возникновение эмоциональной напряжённости. Определены личностные детерминанты профессионального выгорания тренеров.

Based on the analysis of the scientific - methodical literature and synthesis of practical experience examined the current state of the coach features of professional work in the sport, taking into account the problem of personal determinants of burnout. The main trend is the depreciation areas of professional life, reducing the role of spiritual values and values related to personal development and creative activity. In general, appears realignment of internal motives of educational activities to external, any activity is not significant for the individual.
