Дуальна форма здобуття освіти як інструмент формування мобільних учителів фізичної культури для потреб нової української школи

Метою дослідження став аналіз програми спеціального навчального курсу «Теорія і практика інноваційної
фізичної культури», розробленої автором на основі узагальнення та структурування власних отриманих теоретичних
даних та особистого емпіричного досвіду. У програмі враховані компетенції, якими повинен оволодіти мобільний
майбутній вчитель фізичної культури. Загальноціннісні та фахові життєво необхідні компетентності представлені як
результат готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до інноваційної діяльності. Аргументується необхідність
запровадження подібних курсів у вищих навчальних закладах фізкультурного спрямування. Перспективним уявляється
застосування в програмі дуального підходу у системі підготовки нового покоління учителів фізичної культури для
потреб Нової української школи.

The aim of the article is to analyze the special training course «Theory and practice of innovative physical
education» program, developed by the author on the basis of his own theoretical data and personal empirical experience
generalization and structuring. The program has been considered with competencies which mobile future physical education teacher
must have. Generally valuable and vitally necessary professional competencies are presented as a result of the future physical
education teachers willingness to active innovatively. The need of creating such courses in higher educational institutions with
physical education direction is argued in the article. The program use of the dual approach in the training system of physical education teachers new generation for the needs of the New Ukrainian School seems promising. The content of the concept "dual
education" as a universal design in the sphere of education is specified. We think that proposed special course is able to create an
innovative climate in the education environment of institution of higher education and it promotes the mobile physical education
teacher education, creative type of thinking according to innovative society development, personal inquiries and New Ukrainian
School needs.
We appreciate the general principle of dual education: theoretical part will be learnt by students in institutions of higher
education, and practical part will be learnt by students in basic school. We offer to transform this principle into such algorithm:
lectures will be in the university classrooms, but practical lessons of the same subject, course works and hours of summer practice
will be in basic educational institutions and summer recreation camps. The course "Theory and practice of innovative physical
education" also needs 2 types (blocks) of educational process organization in the training system of future physical education
teachers. The first block is the studying process in the institution of higher education, the second – in the basic school, for example, 1
lesson in the institution of higher education will be changed by 1 lesson at the school. There are 36 hours per semester for
pedagogical practice, and, at the same time, there are 36 hours per semester for studying in institution of higher education.
