Педагогічні умови формування професійної культури у майбутніх фахівців з туризму

Високі вимоги до підготовки майбутніх фахівців з туризму зумовлені соціальним замовленням. Вони передбачають
підготовку студентів, що матимуть не тільки високий рівень професійних знань та умінь, а й високий рівень сформованої
професійної культури. Для цього в освітньому процесі необхідно враховувати відповідні педагогічні умови, які
забезпечуватимуть високий рівень сформованості професійної культури у майбутніх фахівців з туризму засобами
мультимедійних технологій.

Высокие требования подготовки будущих специалистов по туризму обусловлены социальным заказом. Они
предусматривают подготовку студентов, которые будут иметь не только высокий уровень профессиональных знаний и
умений, но и высокий уровень сформированной профессиональной культуры. Для этого в учебном процессе необходимо
учитывать соответствующие педагогические условия, обеспечивающие высокий уровень сформированности
профессиональной культуры у будущих специалистов по туризму средствами мультимедийных технологий.

The high
requirements of future specialists of tourism are determined due to the social order. They provide training of students, who will have not only
a high level of professional knowledge and skills, but also a high level of prevailing professional culture. Therefore the learning process must
take into account relevant pedagogical conditions that ensure a high level of professional culture of future managers of tourism by means of
multimedia technologies.
Pedagogical conditions of formation of professional culture of future specialists in tourism are: the introduction of pedagogical
technology of formation of professional culture of future specialists in tourism by means of the special course "culture of Professional
managers for tourism"; the use of innovative forms and methods of formation of professional culture by means of multimedia technologies of
future specialists in tourism in the process of studying of a special course; the creation of subject-subject communication by means of
multimedia technologies; organizing and conducting classes for the course using the means of multimedia technologies; training teacher to
use of multimedia technologies.
Implementation of pedagogical conditions technologies of formation of professional culture of future specialists in tourism aims at:
provision of organizational-pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical support of process of formation of professional culture of future
specialists in tourism by means of multimedia technologies; improving the system of professional training of specialists in tourism to work in
conditions of application of means of multimedia technology; defining forms and methods of information support of process of formation of
professional culture of future specialists in the conditions of professional activity; improving the process of communication between students
and teachers; determination of the level of special training of teachers to use multimedia technology.
