Професійна психологічна культура державних службовців як культура мікросистеми

В статье анализируется профессиональная психологическая культура государственных служащих как профессиональной группы с точки зрения деятельностного, дидактического и компетентностного подходов к ее изучению. Интеграция данных подходов позволяет определить профессиональную психологическую культуру государственных служащих как качество и степень психологической составляющей их профессиональной деятельности, которая формируется и развивается через систему приемов и способов получения профессионального психологического опыта и содержит следующие инварианты: культуру профессионального общения, управленческую культуру, интеллектуальную культуру, инновационную культуру.

The professional psychological culture of civil servants as a professional group from the point of view of activity, didactic and competence-based approaches is analysed in the article. The integration of these approaches allows to define the professional psychological culture of civil servants as the quality and degree of psychological component of their professional activity, which is being formed and developed through the system of methods and ways of getting of professional psychological experience and contains the following invariants: the culture of professional communication, management culture, intellectual culture, innovation culture. The following researches should be developed in the perspective of the professional psychological culture of civil servants as a cultural identity analysis.
