Службова підготовка як складова системи професійного навчання працівників Національної поліції України

Проведено аналіз керівних документів, що регламентують специфіку професійного навчання працівників Національної
поліції України. Висвітлено особливості системи службової підготовки поліцейських. Встановлено, що основними напрямами
підвищення ефективності службової підготовки є оновлення матеріально-технічного забезпечення підрозділів поліції, спонукання
працівників до самостійного навчання, посилення контролю та відповідальності працівників за рівень власної службової
підготовленості.

Проведен анализ руководящих документов, регламентирующих специфику профессионального
обучения работников Национальной полиции Украины. Освещены особенности системы служебной подготовки полицейских.
Установлено, что основными направлениями повышения эффективности служебной подготовки является обновление
материально-технического обеспечения подразделений полиции, побуждение работников к самостоятельному обучению,
усиление контроля и ответственности работников за уровень собственной служебной подготовленности

The article describes features of the system of official training of employees of the National Police of Ukraine. On the basis
of the analysis of the guidance documents regulating the specifics of professional training of the police, it was stated that the training prepares
for updating and consolidating the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities of the police officer taking into account the operational situation,
specifics and profile of his operational activities. The system of service training contains a set of organizational components, types, forms of
preparation and control of the level of police officers' preparedness. Organizational components include planned, accounting and reporting. The
guideline documents provide the following types of professional training: functional, general-profile, fire, tactical and physical training. Forms of
professional training are: training sessions in groups at the place of service; Training collections and self-study. Depending on the categories of
police officers, the amount of annual training load in the system of vocational training varies. In the first category of police, this indicator is 257
hours, the second and third respectively - 191 and 115 hours. This difference is explained by the peculiarities of professional activity and the
requirements of employees of the relevant services. The final stage of conducting occupations in the system of professional training is the final
check. It was established that the main directions of improving the efficiency of service training are the updating of material and technical
support of police units, encouragement of employees to self-study, strengthening of control and responsibility of employees for the level of their
own professional preparedness.
