Готовність майбутніх вихователів до педагогічної діяльності як результат професійної підготовки

Розкрито зміст понять “підготовка”, “професійна підготовка”, “професійна підготовка майбутніх вихователів”,
“готовність”, “професійна готовність”, “готовність майбутніх вихователів до педагогічної діяльності”. На основі вивчення й аналізу наукових психолого-педагогічних розвідок окреслені актуальні проблеми професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти до педагогічної діяльності в сучасних умовах закладів вищої освіти, здійснено аналіз досліджень науковців, що стосуються означеної проблеми, розглянуті основні аспекти професійної підготовки фахівців дошкільної освіти, визначено зміст, етапи такої підготовки, протиріччя у процесі підготовки майбутніх вихователів, а також подане авторське тлумачення поняття «професійна підготовка майбутніх вихователів».
Ця стаття містить узагальнення поглядів науковців щодо структурних компонентів професійної підготовки майбутніх вихователів, загальну характеристику цих компонентів.
Крім цього, у статті подано узагальнення наукових психолого-педагогічних розвідок з проблеми готовності майбутніх фахівців у галузі дошкільної освіти як результату професійної підготовки майбутніх вихователів, тлумачення цього поняття з погляду психології, педагогіки, визначено ознаки готовності вихователя до професійної діяльності, а також узагальнено праці науковців, що стосуються формування готовності до різноманітних аспектів роботи вихователя з дітьми (готовність вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти до морального виховання дітей дошкільного віку, морально-духовного виховання дошкільників, до підготовки до школи тощо). На основі синтезу понять “готовність”, “професійна готовність” та тлумачення поняття “педагогічної діяльності” подано авторське визначення феномену “готовність майбутніх вихователів до педагогічної діяльності”.

In this article the contents of the concepts of “training”, “professional training”, “professional training of the future
kindergarten teachers”, “readiness”, “professional readiness”, “readiness of the future kindergarten teachers for pedagogical
activity” is disclosed. On the basis of the study and analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical researches, the actual
problems of professional training of future specialists in pre-school education to pedagogical activity in modern conditions
of higher education establishments are outlined; the analysis of scientific researches related to the mentioned problem is carried
out; the main aspects of professional training of preschool education specialists are considered; the content and stages of such preparation are determined; contradictions in the process of preparation of future kindergarten teachers are defined; as well as
the author’s interpretation of the concept of professional training of future kindergarten teacher is given. This article summarizes
the views of scientists on the structure of the components of the training of future kindergarten teachers as well as the general
description of these components. In addition, the article gives a generalization of scientific psychological and pedagogical researches on the problem of readiness of future specialists in the field of preschool education as a result of the professional training of future kindergarten teachers; the interpretation of this concept from the point of view of psychology and pedagogy is stated; signs of readiness of the kindergarten teacher for professional activity are defined; and scientific works concerning the formation of readiness for various aspects of the work of the kindergarten teacher with children are generalized (the readiness of the kindergarten teachers for the moral education of preschool children, the moral and spiritual upbringing of preschoolers, their preparation for school, etc.). On the basis of the synthesis of the concepts of “readiness”, “professional readiness”, and the interpretation of the concept of “pedagogical activity”, the author’s definition of the phenomenon of “readiness of future kindergarten teachers for pedagogical activity” is submitted.
