Abstract
Стаття присвячена сучасним тенденціям інтеграції різних направлень психотерапевтичної допомоги. Акцентується увага, що у сучасному суспільстві зростає число людей з психологічними та психопатологічними проблемами, а також зростає важкість емоційних та поведінкових порушень до рівня межових та психотичних станів.
Починаючи з 80-х років минулого століття й до сьогодення виникають різні варіанти інтегральної психотерапії (схематерапія Д. Янга, терапія прийняття та відповідальності С. Гейз та інші).
Розроблена оригінальна модель психологічного здоров`я та психопатології «октофлекса» в результаті модифікації моделі «гексафлекса» С. Гейза. Також, описується процес формування синдрому емоційного вигорання у студентів як психологічного чинника розвитку емоційних та поведінкових порушень.
Пропонуються поняття третинного процесу, як варіант інтеграції первинного та вторинного процесів.
Починаючи з 80-х років минулого століття й до сьогодення виникають різні варіанти інтегральної психотерапії (схематерапія Д. Янга, терапія прийняття та відповідальності С. Гейз та інші).

The article is devoted to modern trends in the integration of various areas of psychotherapeutic assistance. It is emphasized that the number of people with psychological and psychopathological problems is increasing in modern society, as well as the severity of emotional and behavioral disorders is increasing to the level of borderline and psychotic states.
Starting from the 80s of the last century and up to the present, various variants of integral psychotherapy have appeared (schema therapy J. Young; contextual schema therapy E. Roediger, B. Stevens, R. Brockman; functional analytic psychotherapy G. Holman, D. Kanter, M. Tsai, R. Kohlenberg; systemic family psychotherapy of subpersonalities R. Schwartz; acceptance and commitment therapy S. Hayes; integration of cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy J. Ciarrochi, A. Bailey; multimodal therapy A. Lazarus).
The original model of psychological health and psychopathology of the "octoflex" was developed as a result of the modification of the "hexaflex" model of S. Hayes. Also, attention is focused on the fact that there are two psychological factors that are key to the formation of psychological and psychopathological problems: 1) mechanisms of psychological protection; 2) peculiarities of intropsychic and interpersonal interaction. It has been established that harmonious therapeutic relationships are a key factor in the formation of a fully functioning personality.
The process of formation of emotional burnout syndrome in students is described as a psychological factor in the development of emotional and behavioral disorders.
The concept of tertiary process is proposed as a variant of integration of primary and secondary processes.
Mindfulness meditation as a means of activating psychological development and the tertiary process.
