Аналіз сучасного рівня підготовленості викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін у ЗВО

Основною метою нашого дослідження була перевірка теоретичних і практичних знань педагогів ЗПТО і ЗВО щодо застосування інтерактивних методів навчання у сучасній професійній підготовці фахівців художнього профілю; розкриття сутності основних показників ефективності застосування інтерактивних технологій навчання у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців; перевірка знань студентів до і після застосування інтерактивних технологій навчання. Ця мета зумовила характер основних завдань, що потребували вирішення в ході експерименту: розроблення діагностичного інструментарію; відстеження рівня готовності педагогів ЗПТО та викладачів ЗВО до самоосвіти та самовдосконалення; виявлення готовності педагогів ЗПТО та викладачів ЗВО до інноваційної діяльності; виявлення труднощів у прагненні педагогів ЗПТО та викладачів ЗВО до самовдосконалення; надання рекомендацій щодо підвищення професійної компетентності педагогів ЗПТО та викладачів ЗВО художнього профілю.

The main objective of our study was to test the theoretical and practical knowledge of the teachers of Vocational Education Institutions and Higher Education Institutions for the use of interactive teaching methods in the modern professional training of specialists in the artistic profile; disclosure of the essence of the main indicators of the effectiveness of the use of interactive learning technologies in the process of training future professionals; Verifying students' knowledge before and after the application of interactive learning technologies. This goal has determined the nature of the main tasks that needed to be addressed during the experiment: the development of diagnostic tools; monitoring of the level of readiness of the teachers of the Vocational Education Institutions and the teachers of the self-education for self-education and self-improvement; Identification of the readiness of Vocational Education Institutions teachers and professors of Higher Education Institutions to innovate; Identification of difficulties in the pursuit of Vocational Education Institutions teachers and self-improvement teachers; providing recommendations on improving the professional competence of the teachers of the Vocational Education Institutions and professors of artistic profiles.
