Застосування інноваційних технологій у поєднанні з засобами ІКТ в аграрному виробництві

Метою статті є огляд та впорядкування сформованих ученими понять і шляхів застосування інноваційних технологій у поєднанні із засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в аграрному виробництві, які можна використати під час підготовки майбутніх агроінженерів. У статті автор розглядає інноваційні технології, які віднедавна почали використовуватися в аграрному виробництві, зокрема енергоі ресурсозберігаючі технології, серед яких – стрічкова (strip-till), мінімальна (mini-till)і нульова (no-till) технології обробітку ґрунту. Автор наводить поняття iнформацiйно-комунікаційних технологій (IКТ), розглядає шляхи їх використання в аграрному виробництві. Розглядає використання таких технологій ІКТ, як Collector for Arcgis, Arcgis for Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Desktop. Описано взаємодію цих технологій під час аграрного виробництва та шляхи реалізації цих технологій на різних моделях техніки. Із появою комп’ютерів та широкого використання їх в аграрному виробництві можна говорити про те, що інформаційно-комунікаційні технології стали однією з визначних інновацій за минуле століття, яке дало поштовх до швидкого розвитку аграрної сфери. За результатами дослідження варто зазначити, що завдяки широкому використанню сучасних інформаційнокомунікаційних технологій у поєднанні з інноваційними технологіями вдається досягти кращих результатів в аграрному секторі, зменшити витрати та збільшити доходи підприємств. Урожаї стають кращими, продукція – якіснішою. Виробники з будь-якої точки планети отримують можливість представити свій товар та продати його за гарною ціною. Тому необхідність фінансування впровадження електронної техніки в агропромисловий комплекс, підготовки кадрів, здатних створювати й застосовувати інформаційні технології та інноваційні технології в сільському господарстві, є очевидною. Автор пропонує подальші шляхи розвитку аграрної сфери в напрямі електронного сільського господарства, створення платформи і додатків, що дають змогу не лише збільшити обсяги виробництва, а й забезпечити ринкову інтеграцію.

The aim of the article: reviewing and generalizing the concepts formed by scientists and ways to apply innovative technologies in combination with the means of information and communication technologies in agricultural production that can be used in the training of the fintending agricultural engineers. In this article, the author considers innovative technologies recently begun to be used in the agricultural production, in particular such energy and resource-saving technologies as strip till, mini-till and no-till. The author introduces the concept of information and communication technologies (ICT), considers ways to apply them in the agricultural production. The use of ICT technologies such as Collector for Arcgis, Arcgis for Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Desktop were considered. In the article the author describes the interaction of these technologies during the agricultural production and ways of implementing these technologies on different models of equipment. With the introduction and widespreading computers applying in the agricultural production we can say that information and communication technologies have become one of the outstanding innovations of the last century that gave impetus to the rapid development of agriculture. According to the results of the study, it should be noted that due to the widespread use of modern information and communication technologies in combination with innovative technologies it is possible to achieve better results in the agricultural sector, reduce costs and increase revenues. Crops are getting better, products are getting better quality. Manufacturers from anywhere in the world get the opportunity to present their product and sell it at a good price. Therefore, the need to finance the introduction of electronic equipment in the agro-industrial complex, training of personnel capable of creating and applying information technology and innovative technologies in agriculture is obvious. The author offers the further ways of developing the agricultural sector in the direction of the lectronic agriculture, creating a platform and applications that assist not only increasing production, but also ensuring market integration.
