Креативна модель освіти як фактор розвитку інноваційно-ноосферного суспільства

Проаналізовано моделі інноваційної та технологічної освіти в зарубіжних країнах, розкрито акценти креативної моделі ін-новаційно-технологічної моделі освіти; напрями формування креативного етосу в контексті розвитку моделей креативної освіти; виявлено роль креативної освіти як визначальної характеристики прог-ресу і процвітання в часи надзвичайних технологій. Доведено, що сучасна освіта повинна базуватися на трьох “Т”, що означає ідеальну парадигму розвитку креативної моделі освіти як фактора розвитку інноваційно-ноосферного суспільства - технології, талант і толерантність. Технології вимірюються на основі Індексу високих технологій для оцінки високотехнологічних галузей, їх можна експлікувати з урахуванням даних про стан підприємства і бізнесу, а також показників інноваційного розвитку.

We have analyzed the models of innovative and technological education in foreign countries, revealed the accents of the creative model of the innovative-technological model of education; formation directions of creative ethos in the context of the development of the creative education models. We have identified the role of creative education as a defining characteristic of progress and prosperity in times of high technology.
We have proven that modern education should be based on three “T”, which means an ideal paradigm for the development of the creative education model as a factor in the development of the innovative-noospheric society - technology, talent and tolerance. Technologies are measured on the basis of the High Technology Index for the evaluation of high-tech industries, they can be explicated taking into account data on the state of the enterprise and business, as well as indicators of innovative development.
