Особливості формування соціальної активності старшокласників у позаурочній діяльності

Розкрито особливості формування старшокласників у процесі позакласної діяльності. Звертається автором увага на
використання виховних годин, які: мають практичне спрямування; дозволяють актуалізували знання старшокласників; розглядають питання, що сприяють поглибленню уявлень старшокласників про основні права людини; акцентують увагу на обов’язках, що випливають із прав людини; допомагають усвідомити взаємозв’язок прав і обов’язків людини; формують прагнення активно сприяти захисту прав людини. Акцентується увага на тому, що процес формування соціальної активності учнів старших класів нерозривно пов’язаний з мотиваційною сферою особистості, зокрема з впливом особистих і соціальних мотивів, співвіднесенням особистих і суспільних інтересів в учнівському менеджменті та діяльності в дитячих об’єднаннях. Також у статі йдеться про роль соціальних проектів та волонтерської діяльності у формуванні соціальної активності учнівської молоді. Автором зазначається, що підготовка і проведення розважальних заходів, дає можливість старшокласникам включатися в різні види діяльності, а через них у відносини соціальної відповідальності, у яких, кожен школяр осягатиме цінність особистості однолітка, повніше і глибше відчуватиме його індивідуальність, розумітиме, що колективне дійство, яким є свято, неможливе без максимальної реалізації творчих, інтелектуальних та інших своїх можливостей, сприятиме встановленню демократичних відносин, також в процесі спілкування відбуватиметься взаємна стимуляція й взаємний контроль поведінки старшокласників. Формуванню соціальної активності учнів також сприяє профорієнтаційна робота, яка впливає на встановлення конструктивної взаємодії, розвитку комунікативних здібностей та отримання соціального досвіду, завдяки виконанню соціальних ролей. У статті стверджується,
що саме завдяки соціально спрямованій позаурочній діяльності старшокласники виконуватимуть постійні громадські
доручення в освітньому закладі й поза ним і стануть активними учасниками позашкільної діяльності.

The peculiarities of formation of high school students in the process of extracurricular activity are revealed in the article. The
author draws attention to the use of educational hours, which: are practical; allow updating knowledge of high school students;
consider issues that contribute to deepening high school students’ perceptions of basic human rights; emphasize on human rights
responsibilities; help to understand the interconnection of human rights and responsibilities; form a desire to actively promote
the protection of human rights. Attention is drawn to the fact that the process of formation of social activity of high school
students is inextricably linked with the motivational sphere of personality, in particular with the influence of personal and social
motives, the correlation of personal and public interests in student management and activities in children’s associations. The
article also discusses the role of social projects and volunteer activity in shaping the social activity of student youth. The author
notes that the preparation and carrying out of entertaining activities gives high school students the opportunity to get involved in various activities, and through them in the relations of social responsibility, in which, every student will understand the value of the personality of a peer, more fully and deeply feel his personality, understand that collective action, which is a holiday,
impossible without the maximum realization of creative, intellectual and other opportunities, will promote the establishment
of democratic relations, also in the process of communication will take place in high-grade stimulation and mutual control
of high school students’ behavior. The formation of students’ social activity is also facilitated by career guidance, which
influences the establishment of constructive interaction, the development of communication skills and the acquisition of social
experience through the fulfillment of social roles. The article states that it is thanks to socially oriented extracurricular activities
that high school students will carry out permanent public assignments in and outside the educational institution and become
active participants in extracurricular activities.
