Вдосконалення змісту та методики викладання курсу «ОБЖД та ОП» у вищих закладах освіти України

Зосереджено увагу на методиці викладання курсу ОБЖД та ОП, який входить до загального переліку предметів,
що вивчаються у всіх вищих закладах освіти, установах і організаціях освіти країни. Зображено проблему формування фахових компетенцій з безпеки життєдіяльності та охорони праці майбутніх вчителів, педагогів, викладачів. Через що постановка мети дослідження стоїть на виявлення можливих напрямів вдосконалення дисципліни «ОБЖД та ОП» за методикою викладання, розширенні змістового наповнення програми, використанні інноваційних технологій в освітній практиці вищих навчальних закладів. Шляхом аналізу науково-педагогічної й методичної літератури, виокремлено групу вчених (Т. Брожко, Р. Васильєва, М. Зубаль, А. Окіпняк, Д. Окіпняк, Т. Поведа, Л. Семенець, Т. Таірова) які присвятили свої дослідження вдосконаленню дисципліни «ОБЖД та ОП». Встановлено ряд чинників, що впливають на методику викладання дисципліни, зазначені суперечності, визначено недоліки традиційної методики викладання, означено головні вимоги до вивчення нормативної дисципліни «ОБЖД та ОП», а також її об’єкт та завдання. Виокремлено ряд інноваційних педагогічних прийомів, технологій, методів, серед них: «ділова гра», яка виступає способом взаємодії викладача і студента (Т. Брожко); «метод проектів», як технологія самостійної роботи,
що характеризується своєю дослідницькою спрямованістю у вивченні матеріалу, містить науковий апарат та має практичну реалізацію (Р. Васильєва, Л. Семенець); комплекс активних методів навчання – науково-винахідницька робота у гуртках, мозкова атака, «Брейн-ринг» та ін. (М. Зубаль, А. Окіпняк, Д. Окіпняк); використання електронних засобів навчання, комп’ютерної техніки, що дозволяє продемонструвати та змоделювати явища техногенного, природного або соціального походження, за якими неможливо спостерігати в умовах аудиторної роботи (Т. Поведа); використання системи дистанційного навчання «Moodle» у вивчені дисципліни «ОБЖД та ОП».

The article focuses on the teaching of the course «PSHL and PW», which is included in the General list of items that are taught in all higher educational institutions, institutions and educational institutions of the country. The problem of the formation of professional competencies for life safety and labour protection of future teachers is represented. Through this statement of the purpose of the study is on identifying possible areas of improvement in the discipline «PSHL and PW» on methods
of teaching, expansion of the content of the program, the usage of innovative technologies in educational practice of higher
educational institutions. Through the analysis of scientific– pedagogical and methodical literature, it is determined the group of the scientists (T. Brozhko, G. Vasilyev, M. Sobal, A. Okopniak, D. Okipniak, T. Poveda, L. Semenets, T. Tairova) who have dedicated their studies to the improvement of the discipline «PSHL and PW». It is highlighted the number of factors influencing the teaching methods of the discipline, the contradictions are marked, it is determined the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods, it is identified the main requirements for the study of regulatory discipline «PSHL and PW», as well as its object and tasks.
It is highlighted the number of innovative pedagogical techniques, technologies, methods, among them: «business game», which is the way of interaction between the teacher and the student (T. Brozhko), «project method» as the technology of independent work that is characterized by his research focus in the study material, scientific apparatus and has the practical
implementation (G. Vasiliev, L. Semenets), complex active learning methods – scientific and inventive work in groups brainstorming, «brain ring», etc. (M. Zubal, A. Okopniak, D. Okipniak), the use of e-learning tools, computer equipment, which allows to demonstrate and model the phenomena of technogenic, natural or social origin, which are impossible to observe in the conditions of classroom work (T. Poveda), the usage of distance learning system «Moodle» in the study of «PSHL and PW».
