Педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх учителів філологів до організації позакласної творчої діяльності учнів загальноосвітніх шкіл

У статті обґрунтовуються педагогічні умови, що сприяють підготовці майбутніх учителів-філологів до організації позакласної творчої діяльності учнів загальноосвітньої школи. Такими умовами визначено: стимулювання інтересу майбутніх учителів-філологів до організації позакласної творчої діяльності учнів загальноосвітньої школи; залучення майбутніх учителів-філологів до проектної діяльності методичного спрямування; активізація творчої діяльності майбутніх учителів-філологів засобами театральної педагогіки.

В статье обосновываются педагогические условия, способствующие подготовке будущих учителей-филологов к организации внеклассной творческой деятельности учащихся общеобразовательной школы. Такими условиями определены: стимулирование интереса будущих учителей-филологов к организации внеклассной творческой деятельности учащихся общеобразовательной школы; привлечение будущих учителей-филологов к проектной деятельности методической направленности; активизация творческой деятельности будущих учителей-филологов средствами театральной педагогики.

In the article substantiate pedagogical conditions conducive to preparing future teachers of philology to organizing extracurricular creative activities pupils of secondary school, to understand the specially designed circumstances that create favorable conditions for the preparation of future teachers of philology to organizing extracurricular activities pupils of secondary school and development of their creative abilities in the exercise of these activities.These conditions defined: to stimulate the interest of the future teachers of philology to organizing extracurricular creativity pupils of secondary school; involvement of future teachers of philology to the design of methodological direction; activation of creative activity of the future teachers of philology by means of theatrical pedagogy.Was determined that the main forms that promote the formation interest to the organization of extracurricular creativity is introducing in the educational process nonstandard classes using didactic games, create game situations, problems with logical load tasks problem and search character tasks on assembly language stories, poems, exercises and more.Is indicated that the use method of projects facilitates effective preparation of future competitive specialist of Ukrainian language and literature that by performing socially useful tasks shall own views on solving professional tasks and sense of responsibility, know how to build correctly a dialogue with other specialists to navigate in today's information world , organize academic and extracurricular process in a professional manner.Is proved that theater art is a creative dominant extracurricular activities teachers of philology that can effectively influence the improvement of professionalism of teachers of Ukrainian language and literature, enriching his spiritual, emotional developing itforming a sense. It is emphasized that the combination of elements of the game and learning in creative extracurricular activities in the Ukrainian language and literature, could positively influence the development of creative abilities of students.The interest and positive comments students are motivated teachers of philology continue to use the of theatrical pedagogy in organizing extracurricular creative activity of students of Ukrainian language and literature.
