Мультикультурна підготовка вчителів у Федеративній Республіці Німеччина

Стаття присвячена опису системи підготовки майбутніх вчителів до роботи у мультикультурному навчальному середовищі у Федеративній Республіці Німеччина. Автор описує структурні компоненти системи мультикультурної освіти в країні та виявляє соціо-економічні передумови її створення. Автор вказує, що розвитку змістового компонента системи мультикультурної освіти найбільше приділяють увагу саме в Німеччині. В статті описано напрями мультикультурної підготовки бакалаврів з освіти в системі університетської підготовки в Німеччині. Автором проаналізовано програми мультикультурної підготовки бакалаврів освіти зі спеціальності «Учитель середньої школи» і «Соціальний працівник» та виявлено, що мультикультурне навчання посідає важливе місце у підготовці майбутніх вчителів та соціальних працівників, що відображається у структурі навчальних планів та робочих програм.

Thearticlefocuses on the description of the system of multicultural education in Germany. The author first describes socioeconomic prerequisites that led to formation of the system of multicultural education. Further the author underlines that different European countries develop definite components of the system of multicultural education due to their socio-economic and historical developmemt. Then I. Kovalynska focuses on future teachers’ multicultural training within the framework of university education in Germany, namely in the university Duisburg-Essen. The author describes historical and socio-economic conditions that laid the basis of modern multicultural teachers’ education in Germany. Analizing works of modern foreign scholars the author states that the system of teachers’ training in Germany has felt the impact of new socio-economic conditions and answers to the challenges with changes that cover both the content oftextbooks, the essence of programs and principles of future teachers’ education as well as main basic principles of educational system organization in the whole country. She describes the bachelor programs of teachers’ training and states that a specialized research group that deals with problems of multicultural education and provides training according to the program of the course within the framework of teachers’ training system that is devoted to multicultural education, which is called “Intercultural Pedagogy”, works successfully in the university. The author argues that several modules of the program of bachelor training for 2 specializations “Secondary school teacher” and “Social worker” contain diversetopics that provide future teachers with possibilities to learn what multicultural environment is and what qualities are needed for their successful professional activity under such conditions. The author of the article stresses that some modules of the learning plan focus on diversities in educational systems of the world, some others provide psychological training of future teachers for challenges that might await them in multicultural educational environment, while some others prepare students for practical activities in a multicultural class. The author makes a conclusion that programs of teachers’ training in universities of Germany are focused on multicultural education that fully corresponds to the requirements of the European Union as for forming European identity.

Статья посвящена описанию системы подготовки будущих учителей к работе в мультикультурной учебной среде в Федеративной Республике Германия. Автор описывает структурне компоненты системы мультикультурного образования и выявляет социо-экономические условия ее внедрения. Автор указывает, что именно в Германии уделяется большое внимание развитию содержательного компонента системы мультикультурного образования. В статье описаны направления мультикультурного обучения бакалавров образования в системе университетской подготовки в Германии. Автором проанализированы программы подготовки бакалавров образования по специальностям «Учитель средней школы» и «Социальный работник» и выявлено, что мультикультурное обучение занимает важное место в системе подготовки будущих учителей и социальных работников, что отображается в структуре учебных планов и рабочих программ.
