Застосування засобів фізичної реабілітації після оперативного втручання на легені

У статті показана ефективність певних засобів фізичної реабілітації хворим після оперативного втручання на легені, підбір і застосування яких проводився на основі аналізу порушень функції газообміну та гемодинаміки, обумовлених перенесеною операцією.

The article shows the effectiveness of certain means of physical rehabilitation for patients after surgery on the lungs, the selection and application of which was carried out on the basis of the analysis of impaired gas exchange function and hemodynamics due to surgery. The main problem faced by surgeons after performing resections of the lungs of patients is the numerous postoperative complications, which very often determine the overall outcome of surgery. There are many methods of preventing respiratory complications after surgical treatment.
Physical rehabilitation of persons undergoing surgery is a paramount task in ensuring that health is restored in its broadest sense. The development of respiratory compensation processes in lung operations depends on the state of a healthy lung, a throat excursion and the state of the central nervous system. Therapeutic gymnastics in the postoperative period plays an important role in compensating for disturbed functions.
Physical exercises and massage help to prevent a number of complications that can develop in the lungs and in the pleural cavity and secondary deformities of the chest. The result of the trophic action of physical exercises is the restoration of elasticity, mobility of the lungs. Improving blood oxygenation when performing respiratory exercises improves metabolic processes in the body and tissues.
