Управління взаємодією загальноосвітнього та вищого навчальних закладів

Дисертацію присвячено розв’язанню комплексної проблеми управління взаємодією загальноосвітнього та вищого навчальних закладів. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до вивчення проблеми взаємодії загальноосвітнього й вищого навчальних закладів у вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідженнях, визначено сутнісні характеристики управління взаємодією загальноосвітнього та вищого навчальних закладів, розроблено критерії, показники та визначено рівні ефективності управління взаємодією загальноосвітнього та вищого навчальних закладів.

Dissertation research is devoted to the complex problem of managing the
interaction of general school and higher educational establishments. The
scientific approaches an analyzed near the study of problem of co-operation
general and high educational establishments in native and foreign researches; the
essential characteristics identified of interface management general and high
educational establishments; developed criteria, indexes and certainly levels of
efficiency of interface management, general and high educational
establishments.
In theory grounded, designed and experimentally implemented in the
pedagogical process the technology of managing interaction of general school
and higher educational establishments, which is based on administrative
principles of mutual responsibility, co-ordination, informing, flexibility,
professional competence of management subjects; having the components of
aim, content, functional and accompanying; provided with the proper control
and diagnostic complex.
Materials are presented for practical realization of the developed
technology – scientific and methodical accompaniment, which includes
normative documents, methodical recommendations, positions, criteria and
methods of estimation some constituents, proves the original hypothesis and
probability conceptual positions of research
