Розвиток креативної особистості у позашкільних навчальних закладах

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено теорії і практиці розвитку креативної особистості в позашкільних навчальних закладах. Проаналізовано теоретичні основи розвитку креативної особистості як інтегрованої системи наукових знань, розкрито стан розвитку креативної особистості в позашкільних навчальних закладах. Визначено педагогічні умови розвитку креативної особистості в позашкільних навчальних закладах. Розкрито принципи і мету розвитку креативної особистості. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення змісту, форм і методів розвитку креативної особистості в позашкільних навчальних закладах, організації роботи гуртків, груп та інших творчих об’єднань дослідницькоекспериментального напряму позашкільної освіти. Експериментально доведено ефективність запропонованих педагогічних умов розвитку креативної особистості в позашкільних навчальних закладах.

The thesis research deals with the theory and practice of the development of creative personality in extracurricular education institutions. Theoretical base of development of creative personality, as an integral system of scientific knowledge, is analyzed. The state of development of the creative personality in extracurricular education institutions is revealed. The pedagogical conditions of the development creative personality in extracurricular education institutions are defined. Principles and purpose of development
of creative personality is revealed. The thesis suggests the ways for improvement of the content, forms and methods of the development of creative personality in extracurricular education institutions, organization of clusters, groups and other creative unions with experimental and research declination in extracurricular education. The efficacy of the suggested pedagogical conditions for the development of creative personality in extracurricular education institutions has been experimentally proved.
