Актуальні проблеми спеціальної фізичної підготовки в системі фізичного виховання закладів вищої освіти

В статі розглянуто сучасний стан проблематики з питань організації та проведення занять зі спеціальної фізичної підготовки в системі фізичного виховання у вищих навчальних закладах. Виділено: проблемні питання щодо організації та оптимізації занять спортивно-прикладної спрямованості, реалізації мети та завдань на основі змісту програм навчання з дисципліни «Фізичне виховання та спеціальна фізична підготовка»; протиріччя, пов’язані з реалізацією програмного матеріалу та навантаженням за розкладом; між прагненням досягти прогнозованих результатів навчання, формування спеціальних компетентностей та рівня підготовленості і мотивації студентської молоді. Для оптимізації процесу навчання необхідно: узгоджувати зміст програм з розкладом занять та визначити (аксіоматично) малоефективним проведення занять один раз на тиждень; визнати проблемною ситуацію оцінювання результатів навчання студентів в умовах воєнного стану з об’єктивних та суб’єктивних причин. Правильна організація навчального процесу, наполегливість і вимогливість викладача та формування в студентів позитивної мотивації є факторами, що сприяють ефективності навчання та досягненню кращих результатів.

The article examines the current state of the problem of conducting special physical training classes in the system of physical education of students of higher educational institutions. Highlights: problematic issues related to the organisation of sports and applied training, the implementation of goals and objectives based on the content of the curriculum in the discipline “Physical Education and Special Physical Training”; contradictions related to the implementation of the programme material and the workload according to the schedule and between the desire to achieve predicted learning results, the formation of special competencies, and the level of preparedness and motivation of students. To optimize the process of teaching physical education and special physical training of students, it is necessary to: coordinate the content of educational programs with the schedule of classes and determine (axiomatically) that conducting classes once per week is ineffective; to recognise the problematic situation of assessing the results of students' learning in martial law for objective (lack of necessary conditions for learning: power outages, unstable Internet, lack of direct contact between teachers and students and the ability to control the real level of their preparedness) and subjective (low level of motivation and self-discipline of students) reasons. Physical education, with an emphasis on special/practice-oriented physical training, needs to be adapted to the needs of today. Without a sufficient level of general physical fitness, it is impossible to achieve the necessary level of special/practical training. Proper organisation of the learning process, persistence and demandingness of the teacher, formation of positive motivation in students are the factors contributing to the effectiveness of learning and achievement of higher results.
