Адаптивний спорт як засіб підвищення якості життя осіб з вадами зору

Численні дослідження в галузі адаптивного спорту вказують на те, що в системі підготовки спортсменів
реабілітаційна складова повинна бути складовою частиною побудови багаторічної підготовки. В структурі багаторічної
підготовки спортсменів в адаптивному спорті науковці виділяють етап спортивно-реабілітаційної підготовки, який
повинен передбачати реалізацію реабілітаційних завдань та завдань спортивної орієнтації, що дозволить створити
передумови для поглибленої спортивної підготовки в майбутньому. Метою даного наукового дослідження є виявлення
ефективності використання занять адаптивним спортом як засобу підвищення якості життя осіб з вадами зору. Для
реалізації поставленої мети було використано аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури, соціологічні
методи, педагогічний експеримент, методи математичної статистики. У досліджені взяли участь 34 особи з вадами
зору. Виявлено наявність достовірних відмінностей у показниках якості життя у осіб з вадами зору до початку та після
занять адаптивним спортом. Аналіз отриманих результатів свідчить, що приріст показників загальног о фізичного
компоненту є вищими ніж показники загального психічного компоненту.

Numerous studies in the field of adaptive sports indicate that the rehabilitation component
should be an integral part of building long-term training in the system of preparation of athletes. The stage of sports and rehabilitation
training, which should include the implementation of rehabilitation tasks and tasks of sports orientation was highlighted by scientists
in adaptive sports. The stage of sports and rehabilitation training in the structure of long-term training of athletes will create in the
future the preconditions for sports training, The aim of this scientific research is to identify the effectiveness of using adaptive sports
as a means of improving the quality of life of people with visual impairment. To accomplish this aim, the analysis and generalization
of scientific and methodological literature, sociological methods, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics were
used. The study was attended by 34 people with visually impaired, who were divided into groups depending on the level of preserved
vision. The research was conducted on the basis of the regional centers of physical culture and sports of people with disability
"Invasport". There were found to be significant differences in the quality of life indicators in visually impaired before and after
adaptive sports. The most pronounced changes in the quality of life indicators after the experiment were found in persons with total
blindness and severe visual impairment, indicating a significant impact of adaptive sports activities on the lives of persons with
disabilities. The analysis of the results shows that the growth of the indicators of the general physical component is higher than the
indicators of the general mental health component. Among the individual scales of quality of life, the most pronounced changes as a
result of employments in adaptive sports in people with visually impaired are found in the indicators on the scale of the Role
limitations – emotional, which indicates a significant influence of sports on the emotional state and the daily activity of people with
visual impairment.
