Вітчизняний досвід формування соціально-комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців технологій у процесі дослідницької діяльності

Стаття присвячена аналізу вітчизняного досвіду формування соціально-комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у сфері технологій у контексті їх дослідницької діяльності в рамках вищої освіти. В роботі висвітлюється значення соціально-комунікативної компетентності для професійної діяльності майбутніх спеціалістів та їх інтеграції у сучасний ринок праці, який характеризується високим рівнем динаміки та потребою в ефективній взаємодії між фахівцями різних профілів. У статті розглядаються теоретичні основи соціально-комунікативної компетентності, включаючи її визначення, структуру та основні компоненти. Автори акцентують на важливості розвитку когнітивних, емоційних, поведінкових аспектів цієї компетентності та вміння ефективно взаємодіяти в команді, вирішувати конфлікти, адаптуватися до змін і використовувати комунікативні навички для досягнення професійних цілей. Далі, у статті аналізуються методологічні підходи до формування та розвитку соціально-комунікативної компетентності серед студентів технічних спеціальностей, включаючи інтерактивні методи навчання, проектну діяльність, групову роботу, дебати та дослідницькі проєкти. Особлива увага приділяється ролі рефлексії та самоаналізу як інструментів для глибокого засвоєння соціально-комунікативних навичок. Підкреслюється значення практичного досвіду, який студенти отримують через участь у реальних дослідницьких та інноваційних проєктах, доповнюючи це акцентом на необхідності залучення студентів до міждисциплінарних проєктів, які сприяють розвитку універсальних комунікативних компетенцій. У заключній частині статті підкреслюється, що формування соціально-комунікативної компетентності є важливою складовою комплексної підготовки майбутніх фахівців технологічних спеціальностей, що сприяє їх професійному розвитку, підвищенню конкурентоспроможності на ринку праці та здатності до ефективної адаптації та інноваційної діяльності в сучасних умовах.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the domestic experience of the formation of social and communicative competence of future specialists in the field of technology in the context of their research activities within the framework of higher education. The work highlights the importance of social and communicative competence for the professional activity of future specialists and their integration into the modern labor market, which is characterized by a high level of dynamics and the need for effective interaction between specialists of different profiles. The article examines the theoretical foundations of social-communicative competence, including its definition, structure, and main components. The authors emphasize the importance of developing cognitive, emotional, behavioral aspects of this competence and the ability to effectively interact in a team, resolve conflicts, adapt to changes and use communication skills to achieve professional goals. Further, the article analyzes methodological approaches to the formation and development of social-communicative competence among students of technical specialties, including interactive learning methods, project activities, group work, debates and research projects. Special attention is paid to the role of reflection and introspection as tools for deep learning of social and communicative skills. The importance of practical experience that students receive through participation in real research and innovation projects is emphasized, complementing this with an emphasis on the need to involve students in interdisciplinary projects that contribute to the development of universal communicative competences.
The final part of the article emphasizes that the formation of social and communicative competence is an important component of the complex training of future specialists in technological specialties, which contributes to their professional development, increasing competitiveness in the labor market and the ability to effectively adapt and innovate in modern conditions.
