Особливості розпорядку дня та ставлення до фізичного виховання учнів спеціальних медичних груп 5 – 9 класів сільських шкіл

У статті розглянуто проблеми стану здоров’я дітей середнього шкільного віку, проаналізовано причини його погіршення, визначено відмінності умов проживання та навчання дітей сільських шкіл, порівняно з дітьми, які навчаються у міських школах. Мета – з’ясувати особливості розпорядку дня та ставлення до фізичного виховання учнів спеціальних медичних груп (СМГ) 5 – 9 класів сільських шкіл. Наведено результати анкетування даної категорії дітей.

The health of school-age children has deteriorated over the past few years. Increase the intensity of learning at school, overuse of computers, mobile phones, watching television leads to reduction of motor activity of children. So, many children have a low level of the cardio-respiratory system. These schoolchildren are sent for the results of medical examination to special medical groups for physical education. So, the lessons of physical education must improve the functional level of organism and educate to skill preservation of health. Important that these children have the correct mode of the day. In the article the health problems of middle-aged schoolchildren are concidered, the reasons for its worsening are analyzed, the differences of living conditions and education of children in country schools are defined in comparison to children who study in city schools. The study was conducted in five country schools in the Lviv region. The survey involved 86 pupils of 5 - 9 classes for the results of medical examination assigned to special medical groups for physical education. The main aim – to find out the daily routine features and attitude to physical education of pupils of special medical groups 5 - 9 classes of country schools. The results of a survey of this category of children are given in the article. A number of violations of hygiene daily routine, which can lead to functional changes and the development of pathology in children’s organism are found. The need to increase the physical activity of pupils of special medical groups 5 - 9 classes of country schools were established.

В статье рассмотрены проблемы состояния здоровья детей среднего школьного возраста, проанализированы причины его ухудшения, определены различия условий проживания и обучения детей сельских школ, по сравнению с детьми, которые учатся в городских школах. Цель – выяснить особенности режима дня и отношение к физическому
воспитанию учащихся специальных медицинских группах 5 - 9 классов сельских школ. Приведены результаты анкетирования данной категории детей.
