Центри студентського спорту закладів вищої освіти: правові та фінансово-економічні аспекти

У статті представлено основні правові та фінансово-економічні аспекти, що перешкоджають створенню нормативно-правового комплексу для функціонування центрів студентського спорту в закладах вищої освіти України. Здійснено аналіз нормативно-правових актів із питань фізичної культури і спорту щодо розвитку студентського спорту. Проаналізовано основні нормативні акти забезпечення процесу фізичного виховання в закладах вищої освіти та пріоритетні напрями формування основ здорового способу життя студентів. Встановлено безпосередній зв’язок між проблемою створення нормативно-правового комплексу для організації функціонування центрів студентського спорту в закладах вищої освіти України та питаннями законодавчої невизначеності системи фізичного виховання здобувачів вищої освіти закладів вищої освіти України, що виникла в ході незавершеної модернізації фізичного виховання.

The article presents the main legal, financial and economic aspects that prevent the creation of a legal framework for the functioning of student sports centers in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The analysis of normative-legal acts on the issues of physical culture and sports on the development of student sports is carried out. The main normative-legal acts of ensuring the process of physical education in higher education institutions and priority areas of forming the foundations of a healthy lifestyle of students are analyzed. There is a direct link between the problem of creating a legal framework for the organization of student sports centers in higher education institutions of Ukraine and the legal uncertainty of the system of physical education of higher education institutions of Ukraine, which arose during the incomplete modernization of physical education. The article outlines the problematic issues of legal and economic nature that arise in the creation and organization of financial and economic activities in sport clubs of higher education institutions to ensure the development of student sports. We believe that the delay in creating conditions for the activities of student sports centers in higher education institutions of Ukraine prevents effective and full integration of domestic education into the European and world educational space.
