Автор вказує, що у процесі формування позитивного ставлення студентів гуманітарних спеціальностей до здоров’язбережувальної діяльності важливо, щоб студенти отримали інформацію, відомості, знання про здоров'я, здоровий спосіб життя, про шляхи зміцнення і збереження здоров'я не лише у період зайняття фізичною культурою, але і в повсякденному житті. Якщо студенти гуманітарних спеціальностей відноситимуться до свого здоров’я як до найважливішої цінності життя, будуть застосовувати отримані знання на практиці, то підвищиться активність студентів у здоров’язбереженні, з’явиться інтерес до проблеми зміцнення і збереження здоров’я, наполегливе бажання його зміцнювати і зберігати, визначаться стійкі мотиви і потреби у здоров’язбереженні.

In a social psychological aspect a student comparatively with other groups of population is characterized by the greatest social activity, harmonic enough connection of intellectual and social maturity. Peculiar to specific orientation of cognitive and communicative activity at the decision of concrete and professionally oriented tasks. One of terms of forming of positive relation of students of humanitarian specialties to здоров'язбережувальної activity there is organization of athletic-health work, in the process of students get knowledge about здоров'язбереження, show ability in execution the actions of здоров'язбереження, develop such personality internals as purposefulness, persistence, discipline, honesty. If the students of humanitarian specialties will behave to the health as to the major value of life, will apply the got knowledge in practice, then activity of students will rise in health preservation, interest will appear to the problem of strengthening and maintenance of health, persistent desire to strengthen him and keep, proof reasons and requirements will be determined in health preservation.
