Психологічні особливості формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх працівників органів прокуратури

Робота присвячена дослідженню психологічних особливостей формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх працівників прокуратури та визначенню шляхів її оптимізації на етапі професійної підготовки у ВНЗ. Розроблена теоретична модель та програма формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх прокурорів у процесі навчання у ВНЗ із визначенням умов та засобів формувального впливу щодо оптимізації компонентів та показників цієї професійно важливої якості. Доведено ефективність обраного напрямку роботи та сформульовано практичні
рекомендації щодо розвитку комунікативної компетентності працівників органів прокуратури.

The work was dedicated to research of psychological peculiarities of formation communicative competence of future employees of public procurator's office and determination of ways its optimization at phase of professional training in institute of higher education. It was developed the model and program of formation communicative competence of future employees of public procurator's office during the process of studying in the institute of higher education with the determination of conditions and facilities of formative influence on optimization components and rates of this professional important properties. It was proved the strength of chosen direction of work and formulated the practical guidelines to formation communicative competence of future employees of public procurator's office.
