Особливості формування професійних компетентностей у бакалаврів – майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури закладів загальної середньої освіти

У статті розкрито особливості формування професійних компетентностей здобувачів, які навчаються за освітньо-професійною програмою бакалавра за предметною спеціальністю 014.11 Середня освіта (Фізична культура). Встановлено, що формування професійної компетентності майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури до роботи в закладах загальної середньої освіти потребує від здобувача певної готовності до цього виду діяльності. Таку готовність в основному забезпечують предметні компетентності, які формуються обов’язковими освітніми компонентами. Реалізація предметних компетентностей забезпечується 22 освітніми компонентами, сімома навчальними і виробничими практиками та двома атестаційними екзаменами. Мета статті спрямована на формування професійної компетентності як одного із принципів удосконалення освітньої програми та модернізації вищої освіти. Вчитель з фізичної культури має володіти професійними компетентностями, які поєднуються з високими моральними, естетичними і духовними якостями.

The article shows the formation features of professional competencies of students studying according the educational and professional bachelor's program in the discipline 01 Education/Pedagogy, specialty 014 Secondary Education, educational specialty 014.11 Secondary Education (Physical Education). It has been determined that the formation of professional competence of a future physical education teacher requires readiness for activity in secondary educational schools. Appropriate readiness is provided by subject competencies, which are formed by mandatory educational components. The realization of subject competencies is provided by 22 educational components, seven educational and school practices and two certification exams. The research was conducted from 2022 to 2025 at Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, according to the educational and professional bachelor's program in the discipline 01 Education/Pedagogy, specialty 014 Secondary education, specialty
014.11 Secondary education (Physical education). Professional knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies are directly de pend on the teacher's experience at school. It is important to note that all intern students and 75.0–89.4% of teachers of different age want to update their knowledge systematically. The purpose of the article is the formation of professional competence for improving the educational program and modernization of higher education. A physical education teacher should have professional competencies, which are combined with high moral, aesthetic and spiritual qualities, cognitive creativity and wide outlook; teachers should also have professional qualities that help to improve the educational base, integrate the received knowledge and practical experience into students learning.
