Реалізація компетенції навчання впродовж життя у процесі підготовки та перепідготовки фахівців (досвід Польщі)

У статті розглядається проблема реалізації концепції навчання впродовж життя в Польщі у контексті підготовки та перепідготовки фахівців. Встановлено, що польське суспільство усвідомлює вагомість і доцільність навчання впродовж життя, яке дає змогу здобувати освіту, оволодівати новими знаннями, компетентностями у будь-якому віці. Визначено напрями реалізації концепції навчання впродовж життя та проаналізовано досягнення різних форм підготовки та перепідготовки фахівців, серед яких вагоме значення має навчання в Університетах третього віку.

В статье рассматривается проблема реализации концепции обучения в течение жизни в Польше в процессе подготовки и переподготовки специалистов. Польское общество осознает значимость и целесообразность обучения в течение жизни, которое дает возможность овладевать знаниями, компетенциями в любом возрасте. Определены направления реализации концепции обучения в течение жизни. Проанализированы достижения различных форм подготовки и переподготовки специалистов, среди которых важным является обучение в Университетах третьего возраста.

The article deals with the problem of implementing the lifelong learning concept in the context of training and retraining specialists in Poland. Today Polish society is aware of the importance and usefulness of lifelong learning, since the number of people involved in this process is increasing. Lifelong learning allows people to get an education, acquire new knowledge and skills in any age. The implementation of this concept, which has become essential in the training and retraining processes of specialists, is realized through school and non-school form of adult education. The ways of implementing the concept of lifelong learning in Poland are thoroughly defined. Analyzing various forms of training and retraining specialists the authors emphasize that training postgraduate and doctoral students at universities and higher education institutions remains an important form of obtaining and improving knowledge and skills, increasing professional level and degree. Retraining courses in different fields of studies are widely provided by state and private higher schools meeting needs and wants of knowledge society. At the same time, the interest in training and retraining programmes via the Internet, online-resources and e-courses is also growing among Polish society. The authors consider and analyze the principles, activities and achievements of Universities of the Third Age which have become an important form of implementing the lifelong learning concept especially for adults. The main idea of such Universities is training people of all generations, mainly including people of older and retirement age, which are willing to learn, get new knowledge, skills and competencies. The data shows that over 96 thousand people are participants of the University of the Third Age in Poland. The authors conclude that purposeful and organized work of government and educational institutions of Poland on the implementation of the lifelong learning concept brings significant results in training and retraining specialists.
