Теоретичні аспекти здоров’язбережувальної діяльності в умовах освітнього закладу

У статті досліджена проблема здоров’язбережувальної діяльності загальноосвітніх закладів у площині формування здоров’язбережувальних компетентностей. Наголошується на особливій актуальності зосередження уваги на питаннях здоров’язбереження після повномасштабного вторгнення військ РФ в Україну. Розкрито зміст зазначеної проблематики в нормативно-регламентуючих та законодавчих документах, у яких наголошується на актуальності формування в учнів стійкої мотивації до збереження свого здоров’я, фізичного розвитку та фізичної підготовленості, гармонійного розвитку природних здібностей і психічних якостей, використання засобів фізичного виховання в організації здорового способу життя молодого покоління, створення в закладах освіти безпечного здоров’язбережувального
середовища, організації здорового, раціонального та безпечного харчування учнів.
Теоретично досліджено сутність поняття «здоров’я», «здоров’язбереження», а також нами уточнено визначення зазначених вище понять. З’ясовано, що сучасна наука розглядає здоров’я як складний феномен глобального значення, вважає його однією із найвищих суспільних цінностей, явищем системного характеру, що постійно змінюється й залежить від багатьох різноманітних чинників. Виявлено, що на формування здоров’я учнівської молоді впливають об’єктивні та суб’єктивні чинники, які навчальний заклад при формуванні здоров’язбережувальної діяльності має враховувати, а зміна цілей і цінностей сучасної освіти на засадах компетентнісного підходу засвідчує потребу в новому
розумінні педагогами ролі здоров’я в організації освітнього процесу, оцінці його результативності. Досліджено, що кінцевим результатом здоров’язбережувальної діяльності закладу загальної середньої освіти має стати сформованість здоров’язбережувальної компетентності.

The article examines the problem of health-preserving activities of general educational institutions in the area of the formation of health-preserving competencies. The emphasis is on the special relevance of focusing attention on health care issues after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation troops into Ukraine. The content of the mentioned issues is disclosed in regulatory and legislative documents, which emphasize the relevance of forming in students a sustainable motivation to preserve their health, physical development and physical fitness, harmonious development of natural abilities and mental qualities, the use of physical education tools in the organization of a healthy the way of life of the younger generation, the creation of a safe health-preserving environment in educational institutions, the organization of healthy, rational and safe nutrition for students.
The essence of the concept of "health", "health preservation" was theoretically investigated, and we clarified the definition of the above concepts. It was found that modern science considers health as a complex phenomenon of global importance, considers it one of the highest social values, a phenomenon of a systemic nature that is constantly changing and depends on many different factors.
It was found that the formation of the health of students is influenced by objective and subjective factors, which the educational institution must take into account when forming health-preserving activities, and the change in the goals and values of modern education based on the competence approach proves the need for a new understanding of the role of teachers health in the organization of the educational process, evaluation of its effectiveness. It has been studied that the final result of the health-preserving activity of a general secondary education institution should be the formation of health-preserving competence.
