Принципи та методи формування правової комунікації іноземних студентів у процесі правового виховання під час навчання у вищому навчальному закладі

У статті розглядається проблема принципів та методів формування правової комунікації іноземних студентів у процесі правового виховання під час навчання у вищому навчальному заклад;запропоновано визначення понять правове виховання, правова вихованість та правова обізнаність іноземних студентів;встановлено, що для ефективного формування правової комунікації іноземних студентів слід дотримуватися науково обґрунтованих принципів (структурного, функціонального, принципу комунікативної спрямованості, ситуативності, свідомості навчання) та методів навчання (історичного, пізнавального, спостереження, експерименту, аналогії, проблемно-пошукового).

The development of Ukraine as a democratic state is associated with modernization of educational sector, which is aimed to increase the level of speech culture of business communication in different spheres of life, to satisfy legal requirements for students’(including foreign) communication skills in the process of study. In practice, the level of foreign students legal communication doesn’t provide appropriate legal behavior while studying at university, thus the issue of formation of their legal knowledge and skills is relevant. Today, there is a growing need in the international exchange of experience, knowledge, communication networks, research projects, national values, etc. In our view, international students as the subjects of academic mobility enhance the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of education. The obligatory condition of academic mobility of a students is his legal education (as a quality indicator of legal education), which includes the opportunity for education and practical training in another institution or outside the country, awareness of the legal position as the need of legal behaviour, mastery of communacation skills of the language of the law (legal communication), which has become the subject of current research. Considering the fact that the components of legal education of foreign students are : legal awareness, legal development and desire for legal residence in another country, and legal communication of a foreign student is included into legal awareness, then current study aims to analyse the following categories: foreign students, legal education, legal upbringing and legal awareness of international students, and also considers and describes the principles and methods that form legal communication of foreign students. The article looks into the problem of principles and methods that form legal communication of foreign students in the process of legal education while studying in a higher educational institution; the study proposes definitions for the following notions : legal education, legal upbringing and legal awareness of foreign students; it has also been found that for effective formation of legal communication of foreign students it is advisory to follow the scientifically based principles (structural, functional, the principle of communicative orientation, situational, awareness of study) and methods (historical, cognitive, observational, experimental, analogical, problem-searching).

В статье рассматривается проблема принципов и методов формирования правовой коммуникации иностранных студентов в процессе правового воспитания во время обучения в высшем учебном заведении; предложено определение понятий правовое воспитание, правовая воспитанность и правовая осведомленность иностранных студентов; установлено, что для эффективного формирования правовой коммуникации иностранных студентов следует придерживаться научнообоснованных принципов (структурного, функционального, принципа коммуникативной направленности, ситуативности, сознательности обучения) и методов обучения (исторического, познавательного, наблюдения, эксперимента, аналогии, проблемно-поискового).
