Сучасний стан професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи в старшій школі

У статті розглядається сучасний стан професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до
фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи в старшій школі. Зазначимо, що досягнення мети сучасної освіти пов’язано з
особистісним потенціалом майбутнього учителя фізичної культури, його загальною та професійною культурою, без
яких не можливе вирішення наявних проблем навчання та виховання відповідно до нових освітніх парадигм.
Автори розглядають професійну підготовку майбутніх учителів фізичної культури як цілісну педагогічну
систему, що створює необхідні умови для підвищення професійної майстерності та удосконалення професійної
підготовки, спрямованої на розвиток особистості майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури на основі оволодіння
професійно орієнтованими знаннями, вміннями, навичками та особистісними якостями, набуття практичного фахового
досвіду, що забезпечують ефективність фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи у старшій школі.

We have to mention that the achievement of the goal of the
modern education is connected with the personal potential of the future teacher of Physical training, his general and professional
culture which are necessary for the solution of the actual problems of education and upbringing according to the new educational
paradigms.
Within the conditions of social-economic transformations in Ukraine the health of the Ukrainian nation belongs to the range
of priority ideals and national interests. That’s why from the point of view of modern conditions the solution of the problem of highquality
training o future teachers of Physical training (as professionals who are able to realize physical-cultural-wellness work within
new conditions considering health-protecting technologies) gets the special attention.
The professional training of future teachers of Physical culture for the physical-cultural-wellness work at high school within
modern conditions is characterized by the active innovative processes which are connected with the democratization and
humanization; with the development of State standard and new content of the high education. Takes place the widening of the
social-cultural environment of the future professional activity and we deal with the changing of it determination.
Authors consider the professional training of future teachers of Physical training as the integral pedagogical system which
creates the necessary conditions for the increasing of the professional skills and on the improvement of the professional training
which is oriented on the development of the personality of the future teacher of the Physical culture on the basis of the mastering
professionally oriented knowledge and skills and personal qualities, gaining practical professional experience which will provide the
effectiveness of the physical-cultural-wellness work at high school. The important meaning is given to the modernization of the
process of education of future teachers of Physical culture at the institutions of high education where the students master the
complex of knowledge, skills and methods of physical-cultural-wellness work at high school (due to which young people successfully
realize themselves in the wellness activity).
