Експериментальна програма формування комунікативної культури студентів закладів вищої технічної освіти

У статті проаналізовано авторську експериментальну програму формування комунікативної культури у студентів закладів вищої технічної освіти. Метою статті є визначення принципів, змісту, форм, методів та етапів реалізації програми формування комунікативної культури в майбутніх інженерів, а також аналіз інструментарію діагностики стану сформованості комунікативної культури в студентів ЗВТО. Для досягнення мети використано методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення. Визначено, що вчені по-різному трактують поняття комунікативної культури, її структуру та функції. Ураховуючи специфіку діяльності фахівців технічних спеціальностей, автором визначено комунікативну культуру як інтегральну якість особистості майбутнього інженера, що характеризується сукупністю комунікативних знань, сформованістю вмінь контролювати і регулювати свою мовну поведінку, грамотно і переконливо аргументувати свою позицію, вміння вести ділові переговори в процесі професійної діяльності, швидко орієнтуватись у комунікативній ситуації й обирати необхідний стиль поведінки для досягнення мети комунікативного акту, продуктивно співпрацювати в процесі вирішення професійних завдань. Наголошено, що комунікативна культура є набутою здатністю особистості, яку необхідно формувати й розвивати в процесі цілеспрямованої й систематичної навчально-виховної роботи закладу вищої технічної освіти.

In the article the author's experimental program of the formation of the communicative culture among students in higher technical educational institutions is analysed. The purpose of the article is to determine the principles, content, forms, methods
and stages of the program of the formation the communicative culture of the future engineers, as well as the analysis of the diagnostic tools of the state of the formation of the communicative culture of the students at higher professional educational institutions. There were used the following research methods to achieve the goal: analysis, synthesis, and generalisation. It determines that there are different interpretations of the concept of the communicative culture, its structure and functions. Taking into account the specifics of the technical specialists, the author defines communicative culture as an integral quality of the personality of the future engineer, characterised by a set of communicative knowledge, the ability to control and regulate their speech behaviour, competently and convincingly argue their position, the ability to conduct business negotiations in the process of professional activity, quickly navigate the communicative situation and choose the necessary style of behaviour to achieve
the goal of a communicative act, to cooperate productively in the process of solving professional problems. The communicative culture defines the acquired ability of the individual, which must be formed and developed in the process of the purposeful and
systematic educational work at higher professional educational institutions.
