Abstract
Measurement results are presented for some physico-technical and
chemical properties. In particular compressive strength, heat conduction both at room
temperature and within 20-400 °С, resistance to oxidation within 600-1200 °С are determined for porous materials of silicon nitride. Porosity dependences of compressive
strength, heat conduction and resistance to oxidation are established.
