Фізкультурно-оздоровча діяльність студентів ВНЗ в аспекті їхнього здоров’язбереження

Розглянуто питання фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи зі студентами у ВНЗ. З’ясовано, що належний рівень організації фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності є важливим елементом фізичного виховання студентської молоді і однією з найактуальніших проблем сьогодення. За результатами здійсненої розвідки установлено, що фізкультурно-оздоровча діяльність у ВНЗ необхідна для досягнення ґрунтовних результатів фізичного виховання студентів та задля їхнього здоров’язбереження у цілому.

Рассмотрены вопросы физкультурно-оздоровительной работы со студентами в вузе. Выяснено, что надлежащий уровень организации физкультурно-оздоровительной деятельности является важным элементом физического воспитания студенческой молодежи и одной из самых актуальных проблем современности. По результатам проведенного исследования установлено, что использование физкультурно-оздоровительной работы в вузе необходимо для достижения фундаментальных результатов физического воспитания студентов и для их здоровьесбережения в целом.

The physical culture and recreation activities through the implementation of recreational, recreational educational and educational functions is the most important means of developing the human potential of society has been proved.
