Особливості впровадження спецкурсу «Організація оздоровчо-рекреаційної діяльності в початковій школі» у підготовку майбутніх педагогів

У статті наводяться особливості змістового наповнення спецкурсу «Організація оздоровчо-рекреаційної діяльності в початковій школі» для студентів педагогічних спеціальностей. Спецкурс покликаний сприяти поглибленому ознайомленню студентів із новітніми засобами оздоровлення молоді, сучасними рекреаційно-оздоровчими технологіями та методами їх реалізації. Він охоплює 4-и змістові модулі та розрахований на студентів 3-го та 4-го років навчання. У спецкурсі можна виділити такі його особливі характеристики: органічне поєднання теоретичного матеріалу із практичним впровадженням програмних результатів навчання; максимальне залучення усіх тем, які розкривають суть понять «рекреація», «здоров’я», «оздоровча активність» та ін.; фокус курсу направлений на формування у студентів творчого мислення на основі розширення загального наукового кругозору в галузі фізичної культури та валеології і безпосереднього включення оздоровчо-рекреаційних технологій в освітній процес. По закінченню спецкурсу здобувачі освіти будуть вміти: розробляти та складати загальні вимоги до проведення рекреаційних ігор для школярів різного віку; визначати особливості фізичного та функціонального розвитку людини; проводити вправи із оздоровчої гімнастики та фізкультхвилинки в початковій школі.

The article describes the features of the content of the special course "Health and recreation activity organization in the primary school" for students of pedagogical specialties. The special course is created to promote the students’ familiarization with the latest means of the young people’s health improving, modern recreational and health technologies and methods of their implementation. It consists of 4 content modules and is created for students in the 3rd and 4th years of study. The following special features of the special course can be distinguished: an organic combination of theoretical material with the practical implementation of program learning results; maximum involvement of all topics that are connected with "recreation", "health", "health activity", etc.; the focus of the course is aimed at the formation of students' creative thinking based on the expansion of the general scientific horizon in the field of physical culture and valeology and the direct inclusion of health and recreation technologies in the educational process. The implementation of the special course was held in the following stages: definition of the main tasks, reasoning of the study of the course material and its connection with the relevant competencies and learning results; acquirement by the students of the necessary scientific theoretical knowledge in connection with the content of the course program, analysis and evaluation of the achieved practical skills and abilities after passing the special course. The implementation of the special course was held with the involvement of the following teaching methods: explanatory and illustrative method, reproductive method, method of problem presentation (during theoretical classes); completed tasks and research presentations; working with laboratory equipment (during practical classes); creation of mental maps, theses of reports, questions-quests according to the topic, development of games and problem situations, etc. (during individual classes). After finishing of the special course students will be able to: develop and create general requirements for holding recreational games for schoolchildren of different ages; determine the features of individual’s physical and functional development; to conduct exercises in recreational gymnastics and physical education in primary school. After the special course studying students will have the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge during various types of pedagogical and production practice activity.
