Соціально-професійний статус номенклатури науково-методологічних установ Наркомосу (1922-1930 рр.)

Об’єктом цієї наукової розвідки є соціально-професійна група системи Нар-
комосу УРСР та її установи, а предметом - її службовий статус, персональний
склад, освітній ценз і діяльність. Мета і завдання дослідження полягають у з'ясу­-
ванні функціональних особливостей специфічного підрозділу номенклатури
державної установи, виявленні організаційних форм використання інтелекту­-
ального потенціалу суспільства, його спрямування та самореалізацїї.

The object of this scientific intelligence is the social-professional group of the Nar-
the bulk of the USSR and its institutions, and the subject is its official status, personal
composition, educational qualifications and activities. The purpose and objectives of the study are to find out the functional features of a specific subdivision of the nomenclature
government agency, identifying organizational forms of intelligence use the potential of society, its direction and self-realization.
