Теоретичний аналіз особливостей досягнення успіху у студентів ЗВО

У статті висвітлено результати аналізу проблеми досягнення успіху у вітчизняній та зарубіжній літературі, проаналізовано основні наукові підходи дослідження професійної успішності. Здійснено аналіз процесу досягнення успішності з точки зору діяльнісного підходу. Зазначено, що визначення мотиваційних чинників досягнення успіху є необхідною передумовою становлення й розвитку професійного самовизначення людини.

The article highlights the results of the analysis of the problem of achieving success in domestic and foreign literature, analyzes the main scientific approaches to the study of professional success. The analysis of the process of achieving success from the point of view of the activity approach is carried out. It is noted that the definition of motivational factors for success is a necessary prerequisite for the formation and development of professional self-determination.
