Європейський досвід реалізації тьюторингу в закладах загальної середньої освіти

У статті проаналізовані європейські моделі впровадження тьюторингу у закладах загальної середньої освіти. Автор надає характеристику тьюторингу в школі в країнах: Великобританія, Німеччина, Польща, Франція. У статті використані методи дослідження: вивчення, аналіз та узагальнення історико-педагогічних, педагогічних джерел із метою висвітлення основних моделей тьюторингу в закладах середньої освіти. У статті розглянуті найпоширеніші типи тьюторингу: academic tutoring (академічний тьюторинг), який реалізується через private tutoring (приватний тьюторинг), home tutoring (домашній тьюторинг), peer tutoring and cross-age-tutoring (тьюторинг ровесників), online tutoring (онлайн тьюторинг), сімейний тьюторинг (у мережі приватних католицьких шкіл). У Польщі до вищезазначених додаються ще виховний, розвивальний та мистецький. Проаналізовано сутність кожного з видів та специфіку їх впровадження в школах європейських країн. Проаналізовано результати тьюторських програм, які впроваджувалися у Великобританії, Франції, Німеччині та Польщі. На основі аналізу зроблено висновок про їх позитивний вплив на підвищення потенціалу освітніх функцій школи, якість освітнього процесу загалом, покращення загальної атмосфери взаємовідносин у школі, розвиток в учнів критичного та креативного мислення, адаптивності, толерантності та самоконтролю.
Це дослідження дало змогу зробити висновок, що європейський досвід впровадження тьюторингу в школах є досить актуальним для сучасної української освіти в контексті реалізації концепції Нової української школи. Впровадження різних типів тьюторингу надає приклади реалізації принципу індивідуалізації та персоналізації в навчанні та вихованні, які можна модифікувати та адаптувати під реалії української школи. Також важливим є досвід підтримки тьюторингу на державному та місцевому рівнях як освітня політика країни.

The article analyzes European models of tutoring implementation in secondary education institutions. The author provides a description of tutoring at schools in the following countries: Great Britain, Germany, Poland, and France. The research methods used in the article are: studying, analysis and generalization of historical and pedagogical sources in order to highlight the main models of tutoring in secondary education institutions.
The article discusses the most common types of tutoring: academic tutoring, which is implemented through private tutoring, home tutoring, peer tutoring and cross-age-tutoring; online tutoring; family tutoring (in the network of private Catholic schools); in Poland – educational, developmental and artistic tutoring are added to the above.
The essence of each of the types and the specifics of their implementation in schools of European countries are analyzed. The results of tutoring programs implemented in Great Britain, France, Germany and Poland are analyzed. Based on the analysis, a conclusion is made about their positive impact on increasing the potential of the educational functions of the school, the quality of the educational process in general, improving the general atmosphere of relationships in the school, the development of students’ critical and creative thinking, adaptability, tolerance and self-control. This study made it possible to conclude that the European experience of introducing tutoring in schools is quite relevant for modern Ukrainian education in the context of the implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School. The implementation of various types of tutoring provides examples of the introduction of the principle of individualization and personalization in education and training, which can be modified and adapted to the realities of the Ukrainian school. Also, the experience of supporting tutoring at the state and local levels as an educational policy of the country is important.
