Abstract
The article presents various scientific approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists in the field of pedagogy and psychology to the interpretation of the concepts of “interaction”, “social contact”, “social contactability”. Based on the study of the content of the above psychological and pedagogical categories, definitions of such categories as “social contactability of a child” and “social contactability coefficient of a child” are proposed and formulated. The results of the conducted experimental study on the determination of the “social contactability coefficient” of preschool children to solving crisis issues caused by modern realities are presented, according to four criteria (emotional, communicative, operational and activity-behavioral). It has been established that the state of social contactability of preschool children directly depends on the level of anxiety of the child, caused by the experienced traumatic events (forced moving, leaving one’s home; loss of a parent or a close person; etc.) and the acquired traumatic experience. The higher the level of anxiety, the lower the indicators of the child’s social contactability coefficient. It has been proven that the game is one of the most effective mechanisms for increasing the social contactability coefficient of preschool children to solving crisis issues caused by modern realities. The prospects for further scientific researches on the raised problem are outlined.
