Самовідтворення української політичної нації: принципи та механізми

Досліджено ідею про приховані в самій етнонаціональній системі чинники, що забезпечували на попередніх етапах розвитку формування сутнісних ознак української політичної нації, які через несприятливі умови перебували в латентному стані. Проведено аналіз політичної нації як соціальної системи, яку характеризують достатній рівень національної самосвідомості та воля до політичної самоорганізації, що обумовлює формування демократичної держави зі спрямованістю на спільне майбутнє. Запропоновано поділ механізмів самовідтворення української політичної нації на самоорганізаційні й ентропійні. Розроблено принципи самовідтворення, які рекомендовано використовувати з метою оптимізації процесу становлення української політичної нації в сучасний період.

Author elaborates the hypothesis that there are internal factors of nation-genesis which belong to the nation itself. They ensured forming and reserving of Ukrainian political nation essential properties and their reappearance in different historical periods. Thus the Ukrainian political nation growing in the modern conditions is represented as a process of its essential properties self-reproduction, or autopoesis on a new stage. The “autopoesis” herewith means that both modern and previous attempts of Ukrainian nation-building are conditioned by internal factors.
So, it is shown that Ukrainian political nation essential properties existed in their covert state and were displayed from time to time in propitious conditions. This idea is opened by means of synergetic methodology – firstly by means of idea that any non-linear environment always contains many possible ways of further development, and their factors also exist in the latent form. The choice, what possibility from these ones will be realized, depends both on the favourable conditions of the environment and on the power of the possibility’s attractiveness for the community.
