Нормативне забезпечення якості професійної підготовки майбутніх магістрів середньої освіти з фізичної культури

У статті вказано, що з позицій сьогодення забезпечення якості професійної підготовки магістерського рівня
вищої педагогічної освіти є пріоритетним завданням закладів вищої освіти України. Одним з напрямів забезпечення
якості професійної підготовки магістрантів є якісні навчальні плани, що забезпечують формування
конкурентоздатності випускників на сучасному ринку праці. Авторами проаналізовано сутність та зміст навчальних
планів підготовки здобувачів ступеня магістра зі спеціальності 014.11. «Середня освіта (фізична культура)» у п’яти
закладах вищої освіти України.
Встановлені розбіжності у кількості годин, що виділяються на аудиторну та самостійну роботу
магістрантів, тривалості та видах практики. Зазначені різнобічності можливі в результаті відсутності галузевого
стандарту з даної спеціальності. Автори акцентують увагу на тому, що однією з ознак ефективності професійної
підготовки майбутніх магістрів є відповідність освітнього процесу державним вимогам.

In the article is shown the terms of the position nowadays for the sake of the
professional preparation of the master high level of the pedagogical education is the priority tasks in the educational establishments in Ukraine. One of the important direction is the training of the professional education of magistrates is quality teaching plans, which
is guarantee formation the competitiveness of the graduation young people on the market. Preparation of the magistrates for
speciality 014.11. " Secondary education (physical training)" for a day terms at 2018-2019 of the academic year can he found in 32
educational establishments. The authors have analyzed the supremacy and serpentine of the primary plans of the preparation of the
magistrates for speciality 014.11" Secondary education (physical training)" at the fifth educational establishments of high level in
Ukraine is formed 16% of the total establishments which is taken part in this training. The choice of the educational establishments
have been speaking the presence of academic schools of professional training and administrative territorial state system and the
number of magistrates. With the purpose of guarantee according to the contents of training specialist request regional and national
markets (clients), modern production, the world and national science achievement, techniques and technological, realization private
science schools and scientific research work in every university introduction of new techniques.
Be settled disagreements in number of hours, which is given to the whole audience and self-independence work
magistrates and duration and kinds of practice. Point the way to comprehensive education can be result of absent in the standard be
this speciality. The authors pay attention to the fact that one is the sign of the affective of professional training is the process of state
demands.
