Динаміка показників індивідуального здоров’я майбутніх учителів у процесі бакалаврської підготовки

У статті розкривається питання розвитку показників індивідуального здоров‘я у майбутніх учителів на етапі
бакалаврської підготовки. Діагностичними засобами обрано зону професійного комфорту, рівень професійного
вигоряння, біологічний і психологічний вік студентів. Порівняння показників індивідуального здоров‘я студентів
педагогічних і непедагогічних спеціальностей у результаті бакалаврської підготовки продемонструвало помітне їх
погіршення у майбутніх учителів. В експериментальній групі, студенти якої були адаптовані до умов навчання на
першому курсі, рівень професійного вигоряння і зони комфорту майбутніх учителів нижче, ніж у контрольній. У
студентів непедагогічних спеціальностей нижчі показники професійного вигоряння і більш розширена зона комфорту.
Водночас показники якості знань в експериментальній групі вищі, що підтверджує отримані раніше дані про позитивний
вплив застосованих педагогічних технологій для адаптації студентів до умов навчання на академічну успішність.
Виявлені особливості вимагають цілеспрямованого підходу до формування компетентності індивідуального
здоров‘язбереження у майбутніх учителів на етапі магістерської підготовки.

The
article reveals the issue of individual health indicators dynamics for future teachers at the stage of bachelor‘s training as a
development of their individual health preservation competence. As a diagnostic means there were selected the indexes of
professional comfort zone, level of professional burnout, biological and psychological age of students. Comparison of individual
health indicators of pedagogical and non-pedagogical specialties students as a result of bachelor‘s training demonstrated a
significant deterioration of future teachers‘ health status. In the experimental group, whose students were adapted to the conditions
of training in the first year, the level of professional burnout and comfort zone for future teachers were lower than in the control
group. Also, the analysis of the journals of academic groups showed that students in the experimental group had fewer absences
from illness than students in control groups. The students of non-pedagogical specialties had significantly lower rates of professional
burnout and a more extended comfort zone. At the same time, the indicators of the quality of knowledge in the experimental group
were higher, that confirms the earlier obtained data about the positive impact of applied educational technologies for adapting
students to the conditions of training on academic success. Indicators of the psychological age of pedagogical specialties students
indicate a greater life experience and independence compared to students of non-pedagogical specialties, although this may indicate
a more pessimistic perception of the world. The revealed features confirm the high stressfulness of the teacher profession and
require a focused approach to the formation of the individual health preservation competence of future teachers at the stage of
master‘s training.
