Вікова динаміка розвитку фізичних якостей вихованців ДНЗ старшого дошкільного віку

В статті наведено, що на сучасному етапі одним з актуальних питань є пошук новітніх поглядів і методів навчання дітей. З підвищеною увагою до розвитку особистості дитини пов'язана можливість оновлення і якісного вдосконалення системи дошкільної фізичної культури. Актуальність обраної теми обумовлена ще й тим, що серед педагогів-теоретиків ведеться суперечка про те, наскільки фізичні якості залежать від вроджених факторів і чи є необхідність в їх особливому розвитку в дошкільнят. Самим важливим періодом в житті кожної людини є дошкільний вік. Основи здоров'я, правильного фізичного розвитку, рухові здібності, інтерес до фізичної культури і спорту закладаються в дошкільний період. Також розглянута вікова динаміка розвитку фізичних якостей дітей старшого дошкільного віку та проведений її аналіз, в ході якого були визначені показники фізичного розвитку старших дошкільнят на етапі експерименту та ефективності експериментальної методики занять. При аналізі показників фізичної підготовки у дітей експериментальної та контрольної груп виявлено незначні відмінності в досліджуваних параметрах з перевагою дітей експериментальної групи.

The article states that at the current stage, one of the most urgent issues is the search for the latest views and methods of teaching children. Increased attention to the development of the child's personality is associated with the possibility of updating and qualitatively improving the system of preschool physical education. The relevance of the chosen topic is also due to the fact that there is a debate among pedagogues-theoreticians about the extent to which physical qualities depend on innate factors and whether there is a need for their special development in preschoolers. Preschool age is the most important period in the life of every person. The foundations of health, proper physical development, motor skills, interest in physical culture and sports are laid in the preschool period. In the first six years of life, a child's physical education is closely related to general education. The foundations of health, longevity, comprehensive motor training and harmonious physical development are laid in a child during preschool childhood. Their spiritual life, worldview, mental development, strength in knowledge, faith in their own strength depend on the health and vitality of children. The age dynamics of the development of physical qualities of older preschool children were also considered and its analysis was carried out, during which the indicators of the physical development of older preschoolers at the experimental stage and the effectiveness of the experimental method of classes were determined. In the analysis of the indicators of physical fitness in the children of the experimental and control groups, minor differences in the studied parameters were revealed, with the preference of the children of the experimental group.
